How accurate is the AI extraction?
TopLog publishes a field-level benchmark covering 294 flights across 24 pages. See the accuracy methodology and results. Photo quality, handwriting, and page layout still vary, so review every extracted entry before saving it.
Is my flight data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices, do not sell your personal flight data, and use trusted service providers to operate TopLog. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can I export my digitized logbook?
Yes, on paid plans. TopLog supports PDF export, general CSV export, and a CSV workflow you can review against ForeFlight's import template before relying on moved records.
What logbook formats are supported?
TopLog currently provides United States and Canadian logbook views and exports. It can interpret many source-page layouts, but unfamiliar columns, handwriting, and image quality always need pilot review.
Can I edit entries after they're extracted?
Yes. After the AI extracts your flight data, you can review and edit any field before saving. You can also edit saved entries at any time from your logbook.
